The food is fresh and the flavors are delicious. They have quite an assortment of sauces to enhance the very fresh veggies with a lot of choices for protein!

Easy menu to read, fast casual, GREAT spring rolls and crab rangoons. Fried rice is one note, i do not recommend, but everyone loved their bowls!!!! Do not pay for their cause by the way, they have a crap ton free by the bathrooms in the back.

I have been meaning to get here for a while because I've been told it's incredibly easy to navigate gluten. They were right! Everything is labeled so it's completely fool proof to order a gluten free meal! Sauces are labeled and the staff knows all of the things about gluten right off the top of their head. The shrimp pho was really delightful. It was served SUPER hot so I did have to wait almost twenty minutes before I could eat it but it was delightful and such an enormous portion - fed me for two full meals. The shrimp spring rolls with the chili sauce were honestly my favorite. Bigger than most spring rolls at most places that serve the equivalent. The shrimp is grilled and flavorful and the greens are crisp. I could eat these as my whole meal. Really pleased!

My fiancé and I came in for dinner at DD Mau and had a lovely meal! This is my 200th Yelp review and I'm so glad it was with DD Mau! I ordered the vegan pho and fiancé ordered the vermicelli bowl with pork, both which were perfect for the cold day we were having in Stl! The ambiance is lively and upbeat, there's plenty of seating to come with family and friends or for a dinner date! The servers were friendly and got our orders out really quickly! Overall, a great spot for a delicious meal!

I was sick a couple weeks ago and DoorDash from DD Mau changed the game for me! I ordered the chicken pho with a side order of spring rolls. The portion of the pho was MASSIVE. It lasted me two meals! The vermicelli noodles were fresh along with the herbs. The chicken and broth were wrapped well for transport and tasted incredible. Spring rolls were also delicious. I got shrimp and it was such a great combo with the peanut sauce. Solid meal! I'm so happy I could treat myself to this while under the weather.

Such great food and vegetarian / vegan options! I was very impressed by all of the replacement "meat" options, along with tofu and veggies. I tried the Banh Mi sandwich with the vegan beef and it was AMAZING!! Will definitely be back to try the tacos, which caught my eye on another table. Service was friendly and quick and the restaurant was cute and clean.

It's my first time at this location. I planned to order take out while I was in the area, but ended up dining in. It's Monday night but they were busy. I ordered a bowl of grilled pork vermicelli, grilled pork spring rolls, Thai iced tea, masala chai and lychee lemonade. Service was fast and friendly. I liked the vibe here. Overall, food and drinks were decent. The noodles were harder than usual, hard to eat, but grilled pork tasted good. I was sad that Thai iced tea was tasteless and not creamy like a couple years ago. I wasn't sure what changed? For a longest time I loved the Thai iced tea here, but probably not anymore....

Did you say vegan Vietnamese options? *hops on vespa and speeds off to restaurant The ban mi was delicious and spiced perfectly! Lots of seating and all the condiments any person could want. The employees were friendly and helpful! Definitely would go back! Highly recommended!
